Our Barrel-aged Fruited Sour No. 2 is ready to meet you. A few preview kegs have slipped out but now 500mL bottles of Emmylou's younger sister, Joni, will be available. We ferment clean before an in-barrel inoculation followed by fruit addition and further refermentation.

Joni’s song is cherries. Just cherries. Pouring a deep reddish-pink and like all our wild ales, never too tart.

Get your tickets to Joni's bottle release party being held at the brewery before our regular tour hours on Saturday, June 10, 12-2pm. We're pairing Joni with Cherokee Rose cow's milk cheese courtesty of our future West End neighbor, Southern Aged Cheese.
